A good friend of mine Tony, who's partner Jo suffers from Multiple Sclerosis. He's has asked me and 23 others to take part in a 58 mile charity bike ride at the end of April to raise money and awareness for MS. 

I have even managed to persuade my dad Andy to get involved aswell. All the money will be going towards research for MS
