I will be undertaking a 100Km cycle departing from the Olympic Park out through Epping Forest, I have never cycled this far before so staying sat on my bike for so long will be quite a challenge! 

The ride is in aid of the Prince's Trust a wonderful charity supporting young people to get training and education and generally providing support to those who need it.
