I'm going to be busking my heart out at stations and public spaces around London over the coming months to try and raise awareness, and a little money for, St. Marks Hospital.

As many of you know, my younger brother and cousin have both suffered from ulcerative colitis, battling years of suffering along the way. St Mark's Hospital have become an important part of our family and have felt like a second home for us at times!
