Many moons ago, the great silver back was forced to flee his ancestral home, but now in 2010 he is back with a vengeance and returning to claim his title as king of the mountain! 

Each year I embark on a new challenge to raise money for The  Emily Ash Trust, I have seen first hand how every penny raised goes towards helping support families and their children.  I have seen the difference that make over days has made to teenagers, sibling days and the support families get.
