Dabaso is a school of 1,500 primary school children with 26 teachers, in Watamu, Kenya.  The school shows great drive and determination to educate these children, but they have limited infrastructure and financial resources in a troubled country.

 

The Dabaso School Charity was founded to help the Dabaso School improve the education and lives for the children of the school.

In the past 12 months we have achieved a fantastic amount at the school, but have also set a clear plan of work, raising funds and starting to establish ourselves in the philanthropic community in London.

 

The plan for the school has three main parts:

 

1. Infrastructure - To repair and enhance the school facilities 2. Education - To provide teaching and learning supplies to the students and teachers of the Dabaso School 3. Health - Improve the Health and Safety of the facilities, students and staff
