Thanks for looking at our Just Giving page! This year, we are walking up two of the tallest mountains in the UK, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon, over a weekend at the end of June. This is in order to raise money for two great charities – Asthma UK and Vyners School. Although it will be a hard and tiring weekend, we are looking forward to the challenge, and have begun our training.

As both Ellie and Charlotte suffer from asthma, and attend Vyners School, we know how well any funds raised will be spent. Asthma, despite often being overlooked, can be a serious condition, and two ex-Vyners students have died because of it in recent years. Since starting to support these charities, we have learnt that three people die a day due to asthma, and Asthma UK funds research into helping sufferers manage their conditions. Vyners is also continuing to work towards being the best school it can be, and their students will hopefully reap the rewards! Both charities are extremely worthwhile causes, and will benefit hugely from any additional funding and support we can raise from this challenge.
