<p>Hello there</p> <p><strong>On 23rd June 2012 we will be attempting to Ride from Workington to Sunderland and Back again, this will involve pedaling an incredible 220 Miles and climbing in exess of 20,000 feet of ascent. this will burn up a mind blowing 14,000 callories </strong></p> <p><strong>The challenge will be attempted as a relay team, for example if there are three members of a team two will always be cycling. </strong></p> <p>We are doing this to raise money for two Charities and would be graetfull of any Sponsors that you would be so kind to make.
