We have decided to donate any money raised to the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance this year. They need our support and donations to keep this vital service in the air.

We are aiming to complete the Coast to Coast cycle ride from Workington to Sunderland (approx. 135 miles) across the rather hilly terrain of the Lake District, all this will take place on 12th/13th September 2009.

The team comprises of the following 6 people: Darren (Boomer) Shepherd, Philip (it's not a race)Goodchild, Martin (Barbie  bike)Jefferys, Alan (grinder) Bickers, Ian (mad dog) Heppenstall and Daren (Gollum)Livesey.

Training is going well, with everyone completing their own regime around the hills of Hertfordshire!!!!!

We will be aided by a support team of Mike Wilson and Brian Davidson who have given up their own time to get us there and back, support us, keep us motivated and most importantly, cook our bacon!!!!

We are also intending to raise some money through our company scheme for The National Centre for Young  People with Epilepsy (St. Piers school in Lingfield, Surrey) so please feel free to visit their website to see how you may help.

So, please give generously and thankyou.
