Story
Inspired by some sweet successes in the Tour De France, 3 of us are going to take on our own Tour De France, well more of a slog through France from top to bottom, and then turning right after Pyrenees to be precise.
Over 12 torturous days we'll cover over 1000 miles, and in doing so cycle over the Pyrenees, climbing more than the height of Ben Nevis on a constant uphill stretch lasting 28 miles.
Then, once we've finished cycling a 24 hour Ferry crossing across the 'choppy' Bay of Biscay and back to Blighty awaits - lovely stuff.
We're doing all this in aid of Bornfree which is a great charity that works wonders fighting animal cruelty and supporting wildlife throughout the world.
We'd really appreciate if you could donate and incur some financial pain, to mirror the physical, mental and emotional pain we'll be going through.
Many Thanks,
John, Dave and Glen
