Story

 Hi EVERYONE,

Thanks for taking the time to check out this just giving page .

You have logged onto this page either because I have spoken to you about my challenge for QUARRIERS VILLAGE and my ascent of Kilimanjaro in June 2010 or I have sent you a link to it as requested.

Back in October 2009 after speaking to two of my friends Chris Clarkson and John Lindsay about their huge weight loss I decided to follow their lead and try and lose 5 stone in weight . To date I have lost 6.1/2 stones.

After talking about how to best achieve this I decided to try and tie in my weight loss with a charitable slant by involving a charity which I have supported for many years now. QUARRIERS VILLAGE based in Bridge of Weir ,check out their website www.quarriers.org.uk to find find out exactly what your hard earned pennies and hopefully pounds can help to achieve.

I have already ,with the help of many contributions , raised over £7000 for my charity and have only now got involved with just giving.com .

In June I will attempt to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in aid of QUARRIERS VILLAGE please do what you can to help all the kids and adults who are not as blessed as we are . I as well as they will be truly grateful for any contribution which you can make.

Thanks for you help .....I know it will make a difference to so many lives.

p.s Only five days to go before the four brave souls head south to tackle the summit of Africa,s highest peak.

It will be nice to say we summited the mountain but better to say we did it with your help and encouragement.

Cammy Taylor
