Throughout 2010 we have been raising money for Cancer Research UK in support of our National Sector Manager, Amanda Morgan who is currently battling against breast cancer.

When we heard Amanda's news, we immediately asked ourselves how can we help? So we thought what could be better than putting our Directors and Management team in the stocks and throwing wet sponges at them! Maybe not the first thing you would think of but it has helped raise £3,500 and was great fun!

Fun aside, it’s been a difficult few months here at CAP (for some more than others), but we have found great comfort in our all our fundraising efforts. We are confident that at the end of the year we will reflect on the positives of 2010 as well as remembering the personal battles of some of our colleagues.
