I'm raising money for Cancer Research UK along with colleagues from the Solvay Halifax site who recently experienced the sad loss of a colleague, John. We never know what's around the corner and just this week someone very close has received a diagnosis that no one wants to hear... 

So .... the training has begun ... food and alcoholic beverages are being limited... Yikes, that's got to be worth a £1 !
