I'm going to be running the London 10k in July for support of Peach a charity which supports the families of those children with autism.

I've never done anything like this before as being a smoker I didn't have the breath to do 10 minutes continuous running, let alone an hour!

My friend Katie has asked me a few times to do a charity run with her and I decided to join her this time as I gave up smoking in January this year. I thought it would help keep me off the ciggies, keep me fit and I'd be raising money for a good cause at the same time.

I have 6 weeks to go now and will ramping up the Km's quickly (I hope).
