James Miller, John Walker, Alice Martin & Marc Brown from CCF Leeds are all attempting the "Beat the moon" challenge On the 10th Sept 2011 for Happy days children's charity!!
The challenge, in the lake district, is as follows:
Set off at sunrise on a 9 mile bike ride followed by a 9 mile trek up scarfell pike, followed by a 1 mile canoe ride then a 1 mile run before finishing with another 10.5 mile bike ride!! Hopefully before the sun sets and beating the moon!!!
This is a very challenging event and requires lots of hard training before hand. Please dig deep and help us achieve our target for our very deserving Happy Days Childrens Charity.
