I will be playing on the MIND Mental Health Charity ice hockey team who will be competing at the Allstars charity ice hockey weekend in July 2022 held in Cardiff, Wales.

The tournament was originally scheduled for 2022, but was postponed for 2 years, due to Covid-19!

8 teams will battle it out on the ice to be the top fundraisers and eventual tournament winners.

Through seeing loved ones and friends suffering and dealing with my own depression and anxiety issues, I have seen first hand how important having support systems and the opportunity to talk about your issues can be. I wanted to find a way to give back and raise awareness. I feel very fortunate to be able to join this amazing team in an effort to help make a difference.
