<h2 style="margin: auto 0cm;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Our support group was launched in November 2005. It was started as patients wanted local support for those affected by gynaecological cancers. Both the CNS team and Mr Razvi (Consultant Gynaecological Oncologist) encouraged a need for the support group</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">COPES is a fund held under the auspices of Southend Hospital Charity. All money is spent specifically to benefit both inpatients and outpatients who are affected by a gynaecological cancer both at Southend and Basildon Hospitals</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 11pt; color: black; font-family: Arial;">The Aims of COPES are Patient Support, Raising Awareness, Research and Education.</span></p>
