Mental Health UK is here for anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We are made up of four organisations based in each of the four nations of the UK, working together to improve mental health.

Story

*BoS CRE Team Fundraising Alert*

This Saturday, Baya will try to overcome rugged terrain and between 25 to 30 obstacles over 10k (including a jump in 4ft of water loaded up with 10 tons of ice... and those who know her well will know she is not the greatest fan of ICE in any shape or form (excluding ice cream)).

On top of that, on the 1st of October, both Baya and Steven will be heading to Glasgow and will be taking part to one of Scotland's biggest week-end of running. Baya will be doing the Half Marathon and Steven the 10k (just because the Half entries were already full... :-))

Alan Brennan and Graeme Steel won't be joining the Athletes but they will be there in spirit!

Going through this much pain deserves reward and for that reason, the BoS CRE Scotland Team is raising money for Mental Health UK which is a fantastic charity providing a wide range of support and services for those suffering from mental illness and their carers. Mental Health UK works across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to improve the lives of those affected and run over 400 services and 200 volunteer support groups in communities around the UK.

Each year in the UK, 1 in 4 of us experience some form of mental health issue. Four million people every year face financial difficulty as a direct result. And on top of this, there are a further 4 million who have financial problems which put them at risk of developing mental health issues. Millions more may be affected as a carer, family member or friend and your donations would make a difference to all involved.

Please give as MUCH or as little as you would like to support us through the finish lineS :-)
