Story
Having been inspired by Helen Bull’s incredible sporting achievements for charity recently, we have formed a Carnival UK Team to undertake a Bike & Hike Charity Challenge, which is taking place this Sunday (4th October 2009), in aid of Oakhaven Hospice.
Some of us are doing a 15-mile bike ride: Katharine Child and her husband Ben, Verity Connor (despite having given birth only 6 weeks ago!), Steve Spilsbury, Tracy Jessop, Neal Martin, Tim Yates and I. Rochelle Prowse and her friend, Daniela, are doing a 6-mile hike.
As a team, our target sponsorship is £800, and we would be grateful for any help you can offer us in reaching this target.
