I am going to complete the Outlaw Half Ironman Triathlon (70.3 miles) followed by the Classic Quarters Ultra Marathon (44 miles) over two successive weekends in June in memory of my great friend, housemate and running partner Chris Bygate.

Chris, an Iron Man and Ultra Marathon Runner, tragically died last October following a mountaineering accident.

As a tribute to Chris around 30 of those lucky enough to have known him are raising money for the Air Ambulance who were first on the scene giving Chris the very best chance of survival. They can only carry out their essential work thanks to donations from the public.
