In May 2016 I'll be cycling from London to Paris to raise money for Stroke Association.

The ride is in memory of Tina Trafford who aged just 53 suffered a devastating Stroke despite being incredibly fit and healthy. 

We've set an ambitious target, to raise £100,000, which will go towards improving the lives of those affected by Stroke. The Stroke Association works with stroke survivors, health professionals and the government to give help, and support to those impacted by strokes.
