Hello there folks!Me and Mr. Ross Murphy have decided to momentaliry alter our apathetic lifestyle's to attempt to complete the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon and 10k. We will not be attempting both events in the one day as that would be very silly. Ross will be taking part in the 10k and I will be attempting the marathon.

The charity we are running for is based locally (Glasgow being local) and is a support service for individuals suffering from Multiple sclerosis. I was lucky enough to visit the MS revive centre in maryhill last summer as part of one of my work placements. This centre offers not only as an additional treatment/ symptom releif service but also provides a fantastic support base where people with MS can share experiences and support one another through their illness. This orginisation needs your support as it recieves minimal government funding and relies on charitable donations to continue to help the large number of people in the west of Scotland diagnosed with MS.

Be it a pound! Two pounds! Or as generous as you feel please help me and Ross raise some money for these guys and girls because your money will go further than you think.

My legs are in firey firey pain and i am about to go out for another run but I promise you I will do everything I physically can to get my lazy bones/bum over that finish line.
