Hi all, it's that time of year again when I decide to put my body through its paces to raise money for charity. Last year I climbed the 3 highest peaks in the UK in under 24 hours raising money for Alzheimers Society. This year I'm doing an 11 mile obstacle course called Tough Mudders designed by ex-SAS. It has all the normal obstacles you would expect, plus fire and electricity, and also a few which they keep secret until the day of the event. Should be a good one. Will be plenty photos taken as we are bringing our in-house photographer Thea Stevenson. Please donate as much as you can as Cancer Research is definately a worth while cause and cancer affects so many familys.
