Cam-mind has been chosen by Hewitsons Law Firm - race organisers - as their Charity this year and we plan to use most of the sponsorship money raised to expand our befriending scheme and community groups which reach out to people experiencing mental health problems.  This money will also enable us to launch a project designed to help employers tackle stress, anxiety and depression in the workplace - our Mental Health First Aid Courses - (for more information contact Aly Anderson on 01223 311320).

ChariotsTeam members, led by Cam-mind Trustee, Polly Stokes, are all training hard for the big day on the 20th September and if you would like to spur them on please sponsor the team by donating on this site.
