The Warner Music Wild Tri

On Friday June 8th, I'll be cycling 50km, Mountain Hiking 10.5km & Canoeing 4km (probably not as leisurely as the image of me above...) all around the Lake District for charity.

The event has been designed to hurt a lot, but more importantly to raise money for the great work done by Centrepoint.

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading charity for homeless young people. It supports over 9,000 16-25 year olds into housing and employment every year - a very worthy cause.

Having avoided the gym for 25 years, I have finally even caved in and signed up to one to make sure I can (fingers crossed) hopefully make it to the end.
