I'm delighted to say I completed the triathlon in 1:41:36, was 23/79 for my age/gender, and more importantly LOVED every minute of it!  There was a great atmosphere with lots of people cheering me on because I was wearing the 'Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research' bright yellow T-shirt...

I was suddenly interviewed (on camera!) on the second lap of my run about why I was fund raising - and at the end of the interview I rashly said I was going to try and raise £500, so anything you are able to donate would be completely brilliant.
