After 5 years of 'umming' and 'ahhing' I have finally committed to running the Manchester 10k in May. So in 6 weeks or so I will be donning my luminous trainers (gear - but no idea) and joining Manchester University's running wave. 

Hospice care is incredibly important in improving quality of life and minimising discomfort for adults and children with life-limiting terminal illnesses. I have chosen Rowans Hospice because it has an amazing quality of care, and no one should be deprived of that when they are in need.
