Cancer Research UK is doing great work to deliver their vision of beating cancer it is an enormous challenge for them.

At some point in their lives many people are touched by cancer - you may well have recently supported friends and relatives with cancer. Thanks to research and the improved treatment more and more people now get the “ALL CLEAR”

There are 4 of us Gareth, Steve, Simon and Steve we have all lost close relatives to various forms of cancer and we know the great work our preferred charities do to research, treat and support people who are touched by cancer.

So what are we doing? Well on the 1st April 2010 (all fools day) I and some friends (or fools) will cycle 112 miles in one day from Newport to Tenby to make a small difference and give everyone a better chance of getting the “ALL CLEAR”

We hope that you will dig deep, and provide generous sponsorship to ensure these great charities continue their work and help us make a difference.

We hope to raise £2,000 to help support Cancer Research UK – the ride and target are big challenges for us - we only have 2 months in which to get fit and hit our fundraising target. The funds will be important in helping in a small way to fund their vital research that has already benefited so many people.
