UPDATE: 20th February 2010 >>>>>> Yes I am smaller than! I have lost 6 lbs. Not as small as I had hoped to be. I am losing just over one pound a week so I am only 50% on target. My Dr only wants me to loose 1 pound a month so I don't mess up my metabolism. To answet this concern I have bought a special scale that measures % muscle to fat - AKA the Cheesoid - and joined the gym. My % muscle is improving so this should prevent any metabolism reduction I hope. This time period has included my birthday, Edwards wedding and Valentines day (not that that was exactly brimming with chocolates :() so that I reassure myself with this.
I have decided the time has come to lose weight - big time.
I am setting myself the task of losing the 50lb in 6 months starting on 9th January 2010 I have tried to loose weight and failed a million times, mainly due to apathy I am hoping I might stand more chance if I go public. I hope you will sponsor me and make it really impossible for me to give up on my goal!I will keep this page regularly updated on my weight loss - as and when
