Credit Suisse Banger Rally · 26 October 2012

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

The Team: We're just a gang of crazy kids on the last freedom banger out of nowhere city… just trying to pull together a decent wedge of cash for the good folk at Centrepoint.

The Cause: Centrepoint supports homeless young people in the UK, providing them with; training, education and mentoring - with the aim of getting them off the streets and into work, where they can then support themselves.

The Challenge: We have to buy a car for under 500 quid, driving from Canary wharf on the 26th Oct, via a half-way stop-over in Dijon, arriving in Milan on the 27th Oct - to rapturous reception from the local Italian media. Various challenges will be set on the way for the team to attempt.

The Stupidity: Yes, we did this last year too, so we should really know better - but hey it’s for a fantastic cause!

The Incentive: As a part of your donation, we will allocate raffle tickets to you as follows based on your donation:

>£10 = 1 ticket

>£25 = 3 tickets

>50 = 7 tickets

>100 = 20 tickets

We have some fabulous prizes kindly donated by Mont Blanc, Davys, Sri Nam, Corney & Barrow and Captain Lilley, to name a few!
