My story
I'm not quite sure how this happened. It looks like I'm going to get up on the 4th of Sept and run the Ryedale Run! That's 10 mile, I'll have you know. This is big for me, and it can only hurt. I'm not even sure my ipod shuffle's 'running trax' playlist lasts that long...
But I am doing it for an amazing cause. The Udzungwa Forest Project (http://www.justgiving.com/teams/ufp) is really doing great things. For the plants and animals of the forest and for the Tanzanian people who rely on the forest. And I've been lucky enough to see what can be achieved on-ground and it's great, tangible stuff. But more is needed, and every pound (or AUS$) counts.
So if you're able to help, thank you, I will run my little heart out for you!
