On Sunday 9th October I'm taking part in a 50k charity bike ride for The Amber Foundation, an incredibly inspiring and worthwhile charity that helps homeless, unemployed young people whose lives are going nowhere to gain the motivation, confidence and skills they need to get a job and accommodation and to be able keep them.
