I am doing the 'Big Bike Challenge' in May this year which is 140 miles in four days starting from Cannock before winding over the Welsh mountains and ending in Aberystwyth. 

My training has already started and I am feeling confident that this will be a great challenge no matter how bad the weather will get! I will try and keep this page updated with stories of my training and how tings are going.
