Last year was a positive experience with lots of YOUNG people giving out the water and cheering you on and towards the end I was passing people, people in the 70s and 80s - not that I'm competitive.

Do give a little even if you don't dig very deep - don't go hungry. Last year I raised £350. That would do very nicely this year too. You can even make it conditional on me beating the one hour mark!
