Hi to all I'm doing this fundraising in memory of my Uncle Keith who went through treatment at ward 202 which is the north staffs new cancer ward although he cannot benefit from this I know a lady who I deliver mail to is currently starting her chemotherapy so I know she will benefit from the money we all raise and I couldn't be more happy that I know we can all make a difference to someone else's treatment.

So 10 days to go getting a little nervous now but also excited trainings gone well.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the Potters Arf Marathon in loving memory of my Uncle Keith. Sadly he lost his battle against cancer in December 2011.

Uncle Keith spent alot of time at the Cancer Unit and especially in Ward 202, where he recieved his Chemotherapy. They looked after him and made his time in there very comfortable and to a degree enjoyable! All the staff looked after him to the highest standard and also looked after my Aunty Yvonne during his illness and after he passed away!

I know that Uncle Keith would be doing the extact same if he were here and I know that this would make him very proud!

I understand that money is tight for everyone, but every penny really does count! The ward dont get a lot of funding other than for the medicines and equipment they need to help patients fight this horrible illness!

So please dig deep and donate now.
