On July 10th 2010 I will be taking part in the largest ever sponsored ride held at Ascot Racecourse, all in aid of the amazing charity Help For Heroes.

It's a charity ride of approximately 5 miles  that starts at the racecourse continues into Windsor Great Park around the Jubilee Statue, and finishes with a ride around the world famous track and past the finishing post.

I will be riding my wonderful horse Egg! ( yes that is his name, its a long story but a very cute one). We are both  looking forward to this wonderful day, and the chance to raise as much sponsorship as we can.

Egg and I will do you proud for this truly wonderful charity, so please donate and help us raise as much as we can for all the service men and women who depend on this charity for the rehabilitation they need.
