The company I work for - Oliver & Graimes - are taking part in The Sussex Beacon Corporate Relay Half Marathon on 28th February. We will run alongside the guys running the full half, but we will all take a stint each until our final member crosses the finish line.

As team captain I get the job of starting the race with the longest stint of 3.1miles (5k) with the other team members running 2.5miles each.

I know most of you will say 'but its only 5k' - I know that! But we are raising money for The Sussex Beacon and I promise you I plan to run as fast as my legs will carry me and do our team proud!
