17.05.11

Hi, I am Carol Richardson, 57 and from Rugby, Warwickshire.

On the 1st of October this year I will be letting my hairdresser use her clippers (2mm guide) on my head.....

Why?

Having three of my sisters diagnosed with breast cancer is quite an insentive. I decided I would raise funds for a charity and I thought the more drastic the better.

All monies collected will be donated to 'Breakthrough' and the pony tail' (cut off prior to the shave) will be donated to the 'Little Princess Trust' a non profit organisation that has the hair made into wigs for children that have suffered hair loss. For more info on this wonderful Trust please visit www.littleprincess.org.uk
