I am walking 128 miles in 4 days in Nijmegen this July in memory of David Cummings, my great friend and an inspiration to so many.  The p icture at the top of the page shows him abseiling off the top of Swindon's Great Western Hospital to raise money for them in November 2012.  he was 82 and suffering from throat cancer.  he was also partially sighted.  David died in May 2013 and hsi family have asked that monies given in his memory should go to Marie Curie Cancer Care because of the wonderful work they do.
