Hi everybody, to all those asking what I'd like for my birthday the easy answer is 'I haven't a clue!' I will of course be grateful for anything but if it helps I have this idea.....
Making a charitable donation via my Just Giving page to the Small Animal Hospital at Glasgow University would be a lovely gesture. They have played a major role for us over the years with their outstanding care and compassion for our beloved pets and for that they have our eternal gratitude.
As well as giving them funds to continue and develop their outstanding work it would also serve as a very special memento of my 50th birthday from my wonderful friends and family (Lewis is excluded of course, he doesn't get off that easily!!) Depending on how much is raised a named donors plaque will be placed in the hospital. I would be extremely proud to see one with my name there.
