Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This is the first time that I have taken part in a charity event and walking 22kms will be a real challenge for me. My target is to complete the walk in less than 4 hours. My challenge will be nothing compared to the challenges soldiers in the British Army face on a daily basis whilst on their tour of duty in places like Afghanistan. I have only had to give up a few hours a week to train whilst a huge number have given up their lives whilst trying to keep the peace. No matter how small the donation you make every little bit counts. Knowing I have your support will help keep me going to keep me going when I start to flag.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
