Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've branded my fundraiser "TEAM GB" in memory of my late mother, whose initials were GB (Gladys Brown) when she was diagnosed with MG in 1944 in London. Mum would have loved the London 2012 Paralympic Games, so I collected 'TEAM GB' memorabilia in the hope I can enlist others and form Team GB. As volunteers dedicated to helping the MG Association and the patients they represent, I trust we'll be creative and find new ways to raise awareness for this important cause. Everyone in TEAM GB will get a little piece of Olympic memorabilia as a team memento and as a reminder of the courage of people with chronic disability.
