Yorkshire is one of the regions hardest hit by cancer. Together, we can change this. Yorkshire Cancer Research is a charity dedicated to finding new cancer cures and treatments and bringing them to people in Yorkshire. Our aim is for more people to survive cancer, in Yorkshire and beyond.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: Yorkshire Cancer Research will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.

My challenge, as you will note, is in memory of Carole Clayton a dear friend. The challenge consists of me walking the Cleveland Way in six days, with the mileage estimated at about 109 miles. I will be starting my challenge at Helmsley Youth Hostel on Tuesday 21st August ending at Filey Brigg on Sunday 26th August.

I just felt I needed to do something, so this is it my way of helping.

Please donate generously.

Many thanks for your support.
