<p>First of all you should know that I'm unlikely to look like the person in this picture .... serenely floating to earth. There will be screaming....and some wild flapping about!</p> <p>However, a dear friend, who's the same age as me, suffers from MS and I've seen how this terrible illness can turn lives upside down.
