I am petrified of heights - so what better why to show my support for Holding On Letting Go; a bereavement support charity working with children, young people and their families throughout Kent - than to launch myself off the side of a tall building? Thank goodness Rachel will be with me for moral support!

Although I was recently appointed as Holding On Letting Go's Programme Services Manager, I had previously been a volunteer with the charity for over 8 years working directly alongside bereaved children and I know the difference this programme can make to young lives.
