I am taking part in the Yogathon - the what I hear you say?

Its at The Yoga Show- Olympia & plenty of us yoga types will be doing lots & lots of yoga for charity - my chosen charity is The Phoenix Prison Trust . This helps give people a second chance in life & support their development/change during the time they are inside.

I appreciate we all get asked a lot to donate but no amount is too little so I thank you in advance for your support it means a lot.
