<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p><strong>On Saturday 1st October 2011, I will be jumping out of a plane at 12,000 feet to raise funds for Bowel Cancer UK. </strong></p> <p>A crucial fact about my jump is that I'm doing it <strong>solo rather than tandem</strong>. I chose to do this because I wanted people to see that I was prepared to really face my fears for this cause, in the hope that it would encourage people to be more generous! &nbsp;</p> <p>I've chosen Bowel Cancer UK because a number of family members of mine have died from this disease so the work of this charity means a lot to me.&nbsp;</p> <p>Please note that I am personally covering the costs associated with the jump (around &pound;300) so any money you donate will go straight to the charity and in no way pays for me to do this, so please do dig deep.&nbsp;</p>
