I'm not quite sure how this happened but in a moment of madness, I have agreed to go for a swim in Victorian bathing attire in the Serpentine in Hyde Park. In December.

The good news I'll be joined by some equally deranged colleagues who will also be jumping off the pontoon for a refreshing winter dip and we may even have the good company of the odd duck or goose.
