London's Air Ambulance - Firewalk 2009 · 1 September 2009 ·

When patients in London suffer life-threatening injury, only our team can provide them with the help they need. With your support, we can perform complex procedures to save lives where others can’t. We can get there in time to make a difference and provide hope for the patient and their loved ones.

Story

In what might be a classic case of  'fools rush in', I've decided to do a firewalk in aid of London's Air Ambulance. Essentially, this involves walking over 20ft of hot coals that are burning at 1236* Farenheit, presumably whilst maintaing some kind of cheerful, terror-free expression. It takes place on 1st September at the Cock and Dragon pub in Cockfosters between 6-9pm and specators are very welcome.

I'm trying to raise at least £100, money which will go towards preserving a vital London service and ensuring that they can continue their lifesaving work across the capital. (for more information please visit www.londonsairambulance.com) Any donations would be sincerely appreciated, or if you'd like to participate yourself then please contact me for details!

Many thanks in advance,

Caroline
