Story
Hello again.
For the 3rd year on the trot, I'm raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Following 5 races in 2011, and my half of The 200 Mile Macmillan Madness in 2012, I thought I'd push myself just that little bit further.
On 28th April, I'm doing the Greater Manchester Marathon, and I will take on 2 more half-marathons within the month of May, Leeds on the 12th, and Edinburgh on the 26th. That's 52.4 miles of races in a month.
Your sponsorship means the world to me, but means more to the members of my family who are suffering or recovering from cancer, and to those who have needed and appreciated their expert counselling throughout the illness of loved ones and following bereavement. Running is the least I can do.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
So please dig deep and donate now.
