<p>Velkommen til min PedalAfrica fundraising side!&nbsp;</p> <p>I'm sure you know something of the project, since you've made it here - i'll just recap for you:</p> <p>- This summer I'll be spending 2 months on a bike, cycling through the continent of Africa from East to West! (of course I won't be doing this alone, we're a <a title="The Team" href="http://pedalafrica.wordpress.com/the-team/">team </a>of 8 students from the University).</p> <p>- No, this fundraiser is not to fund my adventure, the whole idea behind the trip is to raise funds for and awareness of charity work. Our project will - thanks to YOUR donations - support the One Foundation's initiatives in Africa, as well as local charities supported by the University of St. Andrews Charities Campaign.</p> <p>- We are doing fundraisers of all levels; individual fundraising amongst family and friends, applying for sponsorships from small and large companies, arranging events on campus with all profits going towards the project.</p> <p>- Fundraising is just a small part of the planning prcess, but essential in ensuring the success of the <a title="Pedal Africa 2012" href="http://pedalafrica.wordpress.com/">PedalAfrica</a>.
